Abstract
Telecommunication and network services
Telecommunication and network services is one of five departments within information technology, and is responsible for providing a wide range of voice, video and network services and the communications infrastructure necessary to support these services. Telecommunication and network services primary purpose is to provide these services in a reliable way with a level of quantity that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
The mission of the Telecommunication and network services department is to effectively deliver quantity communication services to our customers and fulfill our stewardship role for institutional communication resources. Telecommunication and network services is organized into 5 functional work groups providing the following services and functions:
Voice services
Network services
Video services
Infrastructure services
Business services
Telecommunication and network services is responsible for and maintains our capital funding. These capital funds are used for capital-equipment refresh, to purchase new capital equipment for existing or new services, and to fund other capital projects requiring depreciable equipment.

My greatest weaknesses is embarrassed. Sometimes I becomes untrustworthy

And server subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and its IP address,we got that the network address of the subnet was 129.0.31.0.However OMP IP address also was 129.0.31..in address protocol:the first and last address of one subnet are used as the network address and broadcast address of this subnet by default,which can not be used as equipment address.
